Terms & Conditions
1. General
By placing an order with Thrilld Toys, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
We reserve the right to update these terms when necessary. The terms applying to your order are those in place at the time your order is placed.
2. Product Information
We do our best to ensure product descriptions, images, pricing and release information are accurate.
Colours, packaging, accessories and product details may occasionally differ from promotional images or manufacturer information.
3. Pre-Orders
Pre-orders are orders placed for products that have not yet arrived in stock.
Estimated release dates are provided as a guide only. Manufacturer, distributor and shipping delays can occur.
A pre-order does not guarantee that the manufacturer will release a product on the originally estimated date.
If a product is significantly delayed or cancelled by the manufacturer or supplier, we will contact affected customers regarding available options.
4. Payment
Payment is required at the time of placing an order unless otherwise stated.
By completing payment, you are confirming your intention to purchase the selected product.
5. Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
For pre-orders, cancellation eligibility may depend on whether Thrilld Toys has already committed to purchasing the product from our supplier.
Where a cancellation is accepted, any applicable refund will be processed using the original payment method where possible.
6. Sold Out & Discontinued Products
Sometimes manufacturers or suppliers may reduce quantities, discontinue products or be unable to fulfil an order.
If we are unable to supply a product you have paid for, we will contact you regarding a suitable resolution, which may include a refund.
7. Shipping
Once an order has been dispatched, delivery times are controlled by the shipping provider.
Thrilld Toys is not responsible for delays caused by postal services, couriers, incorrect delivery information or circumstances outside our control.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order.
8. Local Pickup
Local pickup is available for eligible Melbourne customers.
Customers must wait until Thrilld Toys confirms that their order is ready for collection.
Pickup arrangements, including the time and location, will be confirmed directly with the customer.
Orders must be collected within a reasonable period after pickup notification.
9. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible.
Please provide photographs and details of the issue so we can assess the situation.
We will handle eligible issues in accordance with applicable Australian Consumer Law.
10. Refunds & Consumer Rights
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law.
Where a product has a fault or does not meet the requirements of Australian Consumer Law, your applicable consumer rights will apply.
