Thrilld Toys ships orders Australia-wide.
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on your delivery address and order.
Once your order has been packed and dispatched, you will receive shipping information where tracking is available.
Please make sure your delivery address is correct before completing your purchase.

Delivery Times
Delivery times vary depending on your location, shipping method and the carrier.
Estimated delivery times are provided by the shipping provider and are not guaranteed.
During busy periods, sales events and holiday periods, deliveries may take longer than usual.

Pre-Orders & Shipping
If your order contains a pre-order item, your order may be held until the pre-order arrives.
If you would like your available items shipped before your pre-order arrives, please contact us.
Additional shipping charges may apply for separate shipments.

Local Pickup
Local pickup is available for Melbourne customers.
Choose the local pickup option at checkout if it is available for your order.
Once your order is ready, Thrilld Toys will contact you to arrange a suitable collection time.
Please don’t come to collect your order until you have received confirmation from us.
Pickup times are arranged directly with customers.

Pickup Location
For safety and security, the exact pickup location and collection details will be provided after your order is confirmed.
Pickup may be arranged from our designated collection location or another agreed location.

Someone Else Collecting Your Order?
If someone else is collecting your order on your behalf, please let us know in advance.
They may be asked to provide the customer’s name and order details.

Damaged Parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, please take photographs of the packaging and product and contact us as soon as possible.
Do not throw away the packaging until the issue has been resolved.

Incorrect Address
Please double-check your address before completing checkout.
If an order is returned to us because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided, additional shipping costs may apply to resend the order.
